The songs on this album are performed by the American Roots duo of Johnny Never and John Colgan-Davis. With the release of this, our first album after performing together for over seven years, Johnny and John are adopting the moniker of “Brother John”.  The duo is the root of the act which may include other musicians, from time to time, such as are represented on many of the tracks on this album. The name reflects the strong bond of our musical partnership, as well as the humanity and enduring power of collaborative musical creativity that has always defined the blues.

BROTHER JOHN - Johnny Never and John Colgan-Davis                                                    New Vintage Blues for our troubling times.
